This will be probably one of the last or maybe the last post for 2010. Its been a very interesting journey, complete with lots of ups and downs. As I go into the final week of the year (and shutdown at work), there will be moments for reflection and introspection. What went well, what didn't, what to repeat and what to avoid. The next year will be even more challenging, so this is the time to recoup some energy and say our thanks to friends and family for all the wonderful times and support.
